Kelsey has a Bachelor of Human Kinetics with a clinical exercise focus. In addition, she is a BACK Registered Kinesiologist, a CFES certified Personal Trainer and is First Aid/AED certified.
She graduated in 2015 from the University of British Columbia Okanagan and started working with Active Living in the fall of that same year. Kelsey also works with ICBC/return to work rehab programs, running different special population fitness classes such as Parkinson’s Disease and Fibromyalgia, and leads regular personal training/fitness classes.
Kelsey has a passionate love of sports and keeping fit. She sustained a serious knee injury in her teenage years and this encouraged her to get into Kinesiology and exercise science. "I love being able to help others get back into the game, or to their daily life after an injury or set back. Watching people increase their quality of life and succeed is what motivates me to continue helping people."
