It has always amazed me how often I hear people making excuses for not exercising. I recognize those excuses because I am the queen of excuse making! Here is a list of all the excuses I can give myself to get out of any task especially exercise:

  3. It’s too difficult
  4. I have a pain in my……..
  5. It’s raining
  6. It’s too hot
  7. In a minute
  8. I have a cold coming on
  9. I can’t because I don’t know where to start

10. There is lots of time I can do it later

  1. I’m hungry

12. I’m thirsty

13. Have way too many other things that need my attention before I can even think about exercise

14. I’m not sure if I am doing the exercises correctly
